Project Summary
DPG have been engaged by the Department of Treasury and Finance, (DTF) to assist with the rezoning of land deemed surplus to the operational requirements of the Victorian Government and its related agencies. In undertaking this role DPG is well placed to provide DTF with timely accurate and responsive amendment documentation designed to add significant value to the Victorian Governments’ existing asset base. Our involvement builds upon a sound understanding of the Victorian planning system and related legislation. We pride ourselves on our ability to interface successfully with all levels of government, inclusive of state agencies so as to facilitate desired land use outcomes.
