Established in 2013 by Tim Fallaw, Richard Strates and Lisa Driscoll, our team consists of experienced and highly motivated Planning and Property professionals with a combined experience in excess of 100 years. DPG is known for developing enduring client relationships and our ability to provide an exceptional client experience.

Tim Fallaw
Tim’s career spans over 31 years in both the private and public sectors.
Tim is a qualified Urban Planner who specialises in facilitating approvals for major infrastructure, land development and environmental projects.
Richard Strates
Richard is a qualified Urban Planner who specialises in strategic planning. Richard’s career spans over 26 years in a variety of areas including planning policy formulation, planning scheme amendment preparation, integrated infrastructure, transport, growth area and land use planning.
Lisa Driscoll
Lisa’s career spans over 25 years within the private sector.
Lisa is a qualified Urban Planner who specialises in approvals associated with State significant infrastructure and environmental projects.
Vanessa Gleye
Vanessa’s multi-disciplinary career includes Board appointed and executive roles in the non-profit, bi-lateral trade and entrepreneurial sectors. Vanessa is a qualified designer who joined DPG in 2021 and brings a wide array of managerial experience to the team.
